Pablo:	Soy Pablo Padilla. Mucho gusto.	I am Pablo Padilla. Please to meet you.
Alicia:	Alicia Machado, mucho gusto. Tome asiento, por favor.	Alicia Machado, nice to meet you. Please have a seat.
Pablo:	Gracias.	Thank you.
Alicia:	Cuénteme un poco acerca de usted.	Tell me a little bit about yourself.
Pablo:	Bueno, hace tres (3) años que estoy en la compañía que estoy trabajando. Me ascendieron a gerente de mercadotecnia hace siete (7) meses.	Well, I have been working at my current job for 3 years. I got a promotion as a marketing manager 7 months ago.
Alicia:	¿Por qué desea dejar su trabajo actual?	Why do you want to leave your current job?
Pablo:	Porque la compañía es muy pequeña y no veo posibilidades para avanzar.	Because the company is very small, and there are no possibilities for advancement.
Alicia:	¿Cuáles son sus peores cualidades como empleado y cómo planea corregirlas?	What are your biggest weaknesses as an employee, and what do you plan to do to correct them?
Pablo:	Me han dicho que tengo la tendencia de asumir demasiadas responsabilidades para mí, pero estoy tratando de resolver este problema delegando más.	I have been told that I take on too much by myself. I am trying to solve this problem by delegating more.
Alicia:	Muy bien. ¿Y cuáles son sus mejores cualidades?	Very well. And what are your strengths?
Pablo:	Soy muy tenaz y dedicado a mi trabajo. Puedo desempañarme bien solo o en grupos.	I am tenacious and dedicated to my work. I can work well by myself or in groups.
Alicia:	¿Tiene alguna pregunta para mí?	Do you have any questions for me?
Pablo:	Sí. ¿Cómo es un día típico como gerente en esta compañía?	Yes. What is a typical day like for a manager in your organization?
Alicia:	Bueno, es un poco difícil de describir un día típico, pero el gerente tiene a su cargo 5 colaboradores y tiene que saber organizarlos. ¿Tiene alguna otra pregunta?	Well, it's difficult to describe a typical day, but the manager is in charge of 5 people and needs to supervise them. Do you have any other questions?
Pablo:	¿Cuándo cree que me darán una respuesta?	When can I find out about the results of this interview?
