Homeowner:

Soy Ana García, la dueña de la casa. I am Ana Garcia, the homeowner.
Gardener: Mucho gusto. Soy Andrés Campos para servirle. Nice to meet you. I am Andres Campos (at your service.)
Homeowner: Me gusta mucho como le deja el jardín a nuestros vecinos. I like very much the work you do for our neighbors.
Gardener: Gracias. Thanks.
Homeowner: Quisiéramos que venga cada dos semanas para que nos corte el césped y nos cuide las plantas. We would like you to come every two weeks to mow the lawn and take care of my plants.
Gardener: ¿Qué día quiere que vengamos? Which day should we come by?
Homeowner: Cualquier día que le convenga a usted está bien. Any day that is convenient for you is fine with us.
Gardener: Venimos los miércoles por este barrio. Podremos trabajar en las tardes. We come by this neighborhood on Wednesdays. We could work in the afternoons.
Homeowner: Está bien. ¿Y cuánto cobra? That's fine. And how much do you charge?
Gardener: $30 por día. $30 per day.
Homeowner: Muy bien. ¿Puede empezar este miércoles? Very good. Can you start this Wednesday?
Gardener: Sí, señora. Vendremos a la una. Sure, madam. We'll be here at one o'clock.
Homeowner: No vamos a estar en casa. La puerta de atrás estará abierta para que entren. ¿Cómo hacemos con el pago? We will not be home. We'll leave the back door unlocked for you. How can we leave you the payment?
Gardener: Podemos venir a cobrarle el último sábado del mes, en la mañana. We can come to pick it up once, the last Saturday morning of each month.
Homeowner: Muy bien, le tendremos listo su cheque. That's fine. We'll have your check ready then.
