Cristina:	Muy bien, gracias. ¿Y usted?	Very good, thanks. And you?
Agent:	Bien, gracias. ¿En qué le puedo ayudar en el día de hoy?	Good, thanks. How may I help you today?
Cristina:	Llamaba para cancelar mi póliza de seguros porque me vuelvo a mi país.	I am calling to cancel my auto policy because I am going back to my country.
Agent:	¡Ah, sí! ¿Y de qué país es usted?	Oh, yes! Where is that?
Cristina:	De los Estados Unidos.	The United States.
Agent:	No sabía que era de allá. ¡Qué lástima que se vuelva! Dígame su número de póliza, por favor.	I didn't know you were from there. It's a pity that you have to go back…Please tell me your policy number.
Cristina:	Es el 28-455-123.	It's 28-455-123.
Agent:	Gracias. Su póliza se cancelará mañana a las 12 del mediodía. Y espero que vuelva pronto. ¡Qué tenga un buen viaje!	Thanks. Your policy will be canceled tomorrow at noon. And…I hope you'll come back soon. Have a nice trip.
