Assistant:		Pase por aquí, por favor.	Come this way, please.
Patient:		¡Hola, doctor!	Hello, doctor!
Doctor:		Julio, ¿cómo está? Disculpe la tardanza pero el último caso se complicó un poco.	Julio, how are you? I apologize for the delay, but the last case got a little complicated.
Patient:		Está bien.	It's okay.
Doctor:		¿Cómo podemos ayudarle hoy?	What's the problem today?
Patient:		Me duele una muela. No puedo ni masticar por el dolor.	I have a tooth ache. I cannot even eat because of the pain.
Doctor:		Habra la boca. Ya veo. Se le cayó la plomada de la muela.	Open your mouth. I see.. The filling in a molar fell out.
Patient:		¿Puede arreglarla?	Can you fix it?
Doctor:		Vamos a ver…me parece que va a necesitar un tratamiento de conducto.	Let's see…it seems like you will need a root canal.
Later...
Doctor:		Primero, mi asistente le va a sacar unas radiografías, ¿está bien?	First, my assistant will take some x-rays, okay?
Patient:		¿No la puede salvar?	Can you save the tooth?
Doctor:		Lo siento, pero la carie llegó al nervio. Y lo más apropiado en este caso es el tratamiento de conducto.	I am sorry, but the nerve is exposed. And the most appropriate thing to do is the root canal.
