Invitando Amigos a Casa / Inviting Friends Over

 

Gustavo:	¿Tienes algo que hacer el viernes?	Are you doing anything on Friday?
Adriana:	No, no tengo nada planeado todavía.	No, I don't have any plans yet.
Gustavo:	Quería invitarte a mi casa. Tenemos una reunión familiar. ¿Quieres venir?	I wanted to invite you to my home. My family is having a (small) gathering. Would you like to come?
Adriana:	Sí, me encantaría conocer a tu familia.	Sure, I would like very much to meet your family.
Gustavo:	¡Qué bien! También van a estar unos amigos y familiares.	That's good! And also some of my friends and other relatives are going to be there.
Adriana:	¿A qué hora es la reunión?	What time is the gathering?
Gustavo:	Trata de venir a eso de las seis para cocteles y comeremos a eso de las nueve y media.	Come by six o'clock for cocktails, and we'll have dinner by nine thirty.
Adriana:	Salgo del trabajo a las 5:30 entonces estaré en tu casa alrededor de las 6:30.	I get off work at 5:30, so I will be there around 6:30.
Gustavo:	Está bien, nos vemos el viernes.	That's fine! I will see you on Friday.
Adriana:	Hasta el viernes.	See you Friday.
