Receptionist:	Buenas días. ¿Cómo le puedo ayudar?	Good morning. How may I help you?
Patient:	Soy Adrián Gutiérrez. Llamé hace un ratito para traer a mi hijo que está muy enfermo.	I am Adrian Gutierrez. I called a little while ago to bring in my son who is very sick.
Receptionist:	Sí, Sr. Gutiérrez, habló conmigo. Llene este formulario, por favor. ¿Me permite su tarjeta de seguro? Ya le aviso al doctor que están aquí.	Yes, Mr. Gutierrez, You spoke with me. Please fill out this form. Would you hand me his insurance card? I will let the doctor know that you are here.
Patient:	Aquí tiene la tarjeta. ¿Tiene una lapicera?	Here is the card. Do you have a pen?
Receptionist:	Sí, aquí tiene.	Yes, here you go.
Patient:	Ya está el formulario.	Here is the form.
Receptionist:	Ya le avisé al doctor que están aquí. Él está con otro paciente y le atenderá cuando termine con él.	I told the doctor that you are here. He is with another patient and will help you as soon as he is done.
