Buyer:	¡Hola! Llamaba por la casa ubicada en la calle Pavón al 3800.(Argentineans pronounce ll and y as sh)	Hello! I am calling about the property located at 3800 Pavon.
Agent:	Sí, ¿en qué le podemos ayudar?	Yes, how may I help you?
Buyer:	Quisiera saber cuántos ambientes tiene y cuánto cuesta.	I would like to know how many rooms it has and how much it costs.
Agent:	Es bastante grande. Es una casa de dos pisos con 6 ambientes (un living muy grande y 5 habitaciones) y cuesta $150.000.	It's pretty big. It is a two story house with 6 rooms -one big living room and 5 bedrooms, and it costs $150,000.
Buyer:	¿Cuántos baños tiene?	How many bathrooms does it have?
Agent:	Tiene 4 baños, tres baños completos con bañadera y uno pequeño en la planta baja.	It has 4 bathrooms, 3 full bathrooms with tubs and a small one on the ground floor.
Buyer:	¿Qué medidas tiene el terreno?	What is the size of the lot?
Agent:	Ocho sesenta y seis por treinta y cinco.	Eight sixty-six by thirty-five.
Buyer:	¿Quiere decir 8,66 metros de frente por 35 metros de largo?	Does is it mean 8.66 meters wide by 35 meters long?
Agent:	Sí, así es.	That's right.
Buyer:	¿En qué año fue construida?	When was it built?
Agent:	Fue construida en 1945 pero fue completamente remodelada en 1995.	It was built in 1945, but it was completely remodeled in 1995.
Buyer:	¿Tiene aire acondicionado y calefacción central?	Does it have AC and central heating?
Agent:	No, no tiene aire acondicionado pero es muy fresca porque está rodeada por varios árboles muy grandes que dan mucha sombra. No tiene calefaccion central, pero tiene dos hogares.	No, it doesn't have AC, but it is very cool because it is surrounded by many big trees that give plenty of shade. It doesn't have central heating, but it has 2 fireplaces.
Buyer:	¿Tiene garaje?	Does it have a garage?
Agent:	No, no tiene. La zona es muy tranquila, sin mucho tráfico, por lo tanto se puede estacionar en la calle las 24 horas del día sin ningún problema.	No, it doesn't. The area is very quiet . There isn't much traffic; therefore, cars can be parked on the street 24 hours a day without any problems.
Buyer:	¿Qué líneas de colectivos pasan por la zona?	What buses go by this area?
Agent:	Pasan más de 6 líneas de colectivos, y también el subte, línea B, está cerca.	More than 6 lines go by, and the subway line B is close by.
Buyer:	¿Sabe si la casa tiene algún problema?	Do you know if the house has any problems?
Agent:	No, no que yo sepa. Todas las cañerías fueron cambiadas en el 95 y el techo no tiene ninguna gotera.	None that I know of. All the plumbing had been replaced in 95, and the roof does not have any leaks.
Buyer:	¿El techo es de chapa o tiene terraza?	Is the roof corrugated tin or is it a terrace?
Agent:	Es de chapa.	It's corrugated tin.
Buyer:	Ah me olvidaba…¿tiene teléfono?	Uh, I was forgetting…does it have telephone?
Agent:	No, no tiene. Pero si lo pide, la compañía telefónica se lo instala en menos de una semana.	No, it doesn't . But if you order it, the phone company can install it in less than a week.
Buyer:	¿Cómo están los papeles de la casa?	Is the title clear?
Agent:	Todos los papeles están en orden. La propiedad no tiene ninguna hipoteca y tiene tres dueños. Y los tres viven en la Capital. Si le interesa la propiedad y pone una seña, le podemos mostrar la copia del registro de las propiedades.	The title is clear. The property doesn't have any mortgage, and it has three owners. And all three of them live in the Capital city. If you are interested in the property and give us a deposit, we can show you the (copy) title of the house.
Buyer:	Me gustaría ver la casa. ¿Cuándo podríamos verla?	I would like to see it. When can we see it?
Agent:	¿Qué le parece esta tarde a las seis?	How about this evening at six?
Buyer:	Está bien. ¿Le parece que nos encontremos enfrente de la casa?	That's fine. How about if we meet in front of the house?
Agent:	Está bien. Nos vemos entonces.	That's fine. See you then.
