Tenant:	¡Hola! Llamaba por el alquiler de tres ambientes que salió en el diario de hoy.	Hello! I am calling about to the three-room rental in today's newspaper.
Agent:	¡Sí, cómo no! ¿En qué diario lo vio?	Oh, sure! Which newspaper did you see it in?
Tenant:	En el Clarín de hoy.	In today's Clarin.
Agent:	Ah, sí. ¿Qué necesita saber?	Oh, yes! What would you like to know?
Tenant:	Quería saber en qué barrio está.	I wanted to know where it is located.
Agent:	Está en el centro, sobre la Avenida Corrientes, entre Cangallo y Medrano.	It's Downtown, on Corrientes Avenue, between Cangallo and Medrano.
Tenant:	Tres ambientes quiere decir que tiene dos habitaciones y un living, ¿no?	Three rooms means it has 2 bedrooms and a living room, right?
Agent:	Así es.	That's right.
Tenant:	¿Y cuántos baños tiene?	And how many bathrooms does it have?
Agent:	Tiene un baño completo.	It has one full bathroom.
Tenant:	¿Tiene balcón?	Does it have a balcony?
Agent:	Sí, tiene un balcón grande que da a la calle.	Yes, it has a big balcony facing the street.
Tenant:	¿En qué piso está?	What floor it is on?
Agent:	Está en el quinto piso.	It's on the fifth floor.
Tenant:	¿No es muy ruidosa esa zona por el tráfico?	Isn't that area very noisy because of the traffic?
Agent:	Está en la zona céntrica y por lo tanto hay bastante tráfico, pero como está en un 5° piso, no está tan mal.	It's in the business distric; and therefore, there is a great deal of traffic. Since it is on the fifth floor, it's not too bad.
Tenant:	¿Tiene aire acondicionado?	Does it have AC?
Agent:	Sí, tiene acondicionador de aire y calefacción central.	Yes, it has air conditioner and central heating.
Tenant:	¿Tiene expensa? Y si tiene ¿cuánto es la expensa mensual?	Does it have any maintenance charges, and if so, how much is it monthly?
Agent:	La expensa es baja, $50 por mes.	The maintenance charge is low, $50 per month.
Tenant:	¿Y cuánto está el alquiler?	And how much is the rent?
Agent:	Está a muy buen precio, $1,200 por mes. ¿Le interesaría verlo?	It's a very good price, $1,200 per month. Are you interested in seeing it?
Tenant:	¡Sí, cómo no! ¿Cuáles son las condiciones?	Yes, sure! What are the terms?
Agent:	Necesitamos un mes de depósito y un contrato de un año. ¿Cuándo quiere verlo?	We need a month deposit and one year lease. When would you like to see it?
Tenant:	¿Podría ser mañana a las cinco de la tarde?	Could it be 5 o'clock tomorrow afternoon?
Agent:	¡Sí, cómo no! ¿Sabe la dirección de nuestra oficina?	Yes, sure! Do you know our office address?
Tenant:	Sí, pero ¿no podríamos encontrarnos enfrente del edificio?	Yes, but can we meet in front of the building?
Agent:	Lo mejor sería encontrarnos aquí e irnos juntos.	It is best to meet here and go together.
Tenant:	Está bien. Nos vemos mañana.	Okay. See you tomorrow.
Agent:	Hasta mañana, entonces.	See you tomorrow, then.
